Instructions for Abstract and Full Paper Submission

Quick Submission Checklist

All submissions to the conference will be handled through the Microsoft CMT (Conference Management Toolkit) system.

Step 1

Prepare your submission using the correct template

Abstract Template – for general participation.
Full Paper Template – only for Student Paper Competition.

Step 2

On the CMT portal

• Enter Title and Abstract in the text box.
• Upload one file (Word/PDF) in the correct format.
• (Optional) Upload a second file for supplementary material.

Step 3

On the CMT portal

Ensure equations, figures, and formatting appear correctly in the uploaded file.

Step 4

Notification

Wait for notification of abstract acceptance before registering for the conference.

Step 5

Short-Term School

Register separately for the Short-Term School (to be opened) and/or the Conference (after acceptance).

Step 6

Student Paper Competition

• Submit the full paper before the deadline.
• Incorporate reviewer feedback before final presentation.

Submission Process

Title and Abstract

Authors must enter the title and abstract directly into the CMT text box during submission.

Upload File

In addition, authors must upload at least one file in Word (.doc/.docx) or PDF (.pdf) format. This ensures correct display of equations and formatting, which may not appear clearly in the text box.

Your submission must adhere to the specific paper standards for iRAD-2026. Please use the provided templates as they outline the page limits and other essential formatting requirements.

What to Submit

For General Conference Participation

  • Type the abstract in the CMT text box.
  • Upload the same abstract as a file (PDF only) using the abstract template.

For Student Paper Competition

  • Type the abstract section in the CMT text box.
  • Upload the full paper (PDF only) using the full paper template.
  • The full paper will undergo a review process, and authors must incorporate reviewer suggestions before final presentation.

Review and Notification

Review of Abstracts

All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Technical Committee. Selected submissions will be recommended for oral presentation or poster presentation depending on the preference, suitability of the topics and slot availability.

Notification of acceptance

Authors of shortlisted abstracts will receive a notification of acceptance.

Student Paper Competition

Student Paper Competition full papers will undergo a technical review, and reviewer feedback must be incorporated before the final presentation.

Registration

Conference Registration

  • Authors need not register at the time of submission.
  • Registration opens after acceptance of abstracts.

Short-Term School Registration

  • Registration for the Short-Term School will open soon.
  • Participants may attend the school only, the conference only, or both. Separate registration fees will apply.

Important Notes

Ensure that your uploaded file follows the formatting guidelines in the provided templates. Submissions not in the correct format may be returned for correction.

Only one file is mandatory; the second file is optional for supplementary materials.

Deadlines for abstract submission, notification, registration, and final uploads will be announced on the website and CMT portal.
